One of the best ways to deal with post-vacation blues is to plan some fun city outings for the week after, which is exactly what JO and I did after February break. It started with going to the Middle East to see Freezepop at the Amplitude release party. The Middle East is such a great venue to see a show, especially an act like Freezepop. A few years ago there was talk of the club closing due to financial reasons. Thankfully, they were able to buy the building they occupy and plan on building condos above the club to help support their endeavors.
The show was fun, despite the fact that Freezepop didn't go on until midnight!
