Freedom Run 5K

Another 5K, the last of the spring season, came and went in early June.  It was a beautiful morning for a run.  I love that this course runs right through Inman and ends with a small uphill before a lovely downhill section to the finish!  Even though I hadn't been able to run consistently, which was quite frustrating, I somehow managed to get another personal record!
