Day 8- Making the Best of Things!

I woke up on Friday with a great idea.  If we couldn't go out to the city for a date, the city would come to us!

I got to work early in the morning.  I had a lot of fun putting the menu together.  It's worth a read 😉

Before dinner we found some time to go out for a run.  We headed over to the North Point park, which we've been meaning to check out for the past three years.  The park is beautiful and would make a great setting for a picnic.  (To note- we always practice proper social distancing when we go out for a walk, run, or bike ride.  I promise.)

We were really lucky to get a last minute table for two at Cafe Prospect.  It's a super exclusive restaurant  (I'm pretty proud of the how this turned out.)

There does seem to be a bit of a cat problem at the cafe.

We both opted for Hostess cupcakes (eaten with a fork, because Cafe Prospect is a classy joint!)

After dinner we headed over to the living room Brattle Theater.  We were super excited to find that they were playing a classic Hitchcock movie!

And as always, here's something we need to remember when this is all over.
