Day 68~ Opportunities

One of the things I've really enjoyed about this time, is the flexibility it's given to me.  I can get my work done at times that work for me, and as a result, I've been able to take advantage of opportunities I wouldn't have otherwise.

On Monday, I got to spend my lunch break "attending" the She Believes Virtual Summit put on by the US Women's National Team.  Usually, this event is only for female, college students and it's held in New York City.  Because of these crazy times, the event moved online and was opened up to more people.

I attended a session, hosted by Jenny Taft, featuring five female Olympians, talking about women's empowerment, leadership, and strategies for facing adversity.  I really enjoyed listening to these incredible female athletes.  I was so inspired.

I took that motivation, and applied it to another three miles of running!  It was such a gorgeous day, and for once, the river area wasn't too crowded.  I had so much fun running along the river and waving at the Boston skyline.

I have to say, I loved this Nancy Pelosi exchange with Anderson!  She is so brilliant!!!
